A lovely looking farm house near Taunton. We have renovated the whole house including, a new oak and larch framed extension to house the new plant room. New parking area with provision for an EV charger. Solar and battery storage. We also upgraded the insulation within the building to make it achieve an EPC level B, to go with the new air source heat pump.

Refurbishment of 61 sash windows, all external doors. Roof and lead repairs, with all cast iron guttering refurbed.

This project was taken on when the original water tank burst flooding the house and bringing down ceilings. The client took this opportunity to re structure the house to have a better feel and flow with vaulted ceilings and bigger rooms.

A lovely full farm house renovation in Somerset. We installed solar slates at the rear of the property to keep it more in keeping with its surroundings. The solar slates produce 4.8kw of power.

A lovely farmhouse that needed full renovation, from new wooden windows and doors, to the vaulted ceiling, slate floors and designer LVT main entrance hallway.

Refurbished all the windows and replaced 7. This is a lovely large grade 2 listed house on the Cornish coast over looking the sea. We completed multiple jobs including 80sm of lime work, electrical/plumbing works including an external bathroom for when people have returned from the beach, structural floor works, and painting.

These new build properties where for a private client who we have done previous works for. Being very happy with past works they offered us the contract for these lovely homes.
